Fault report and property maintenance
Submit a fault report if you notice any faults in your apartment or the property’s common areas. After a report has been submitted, a service request is sent directly to the property maintenance. A fault report is meant for non-urgent repair and maintenance work.
In urgent cases (e.g. water damage), call your property’s emergency number immediately.

The maintenance company takes care of the property’s general maintenance tasks such as electrical and HVAC technology maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning of stairwells, snow removal, lawn mowing, and changing the lights outside and in common areas.
Please note that the maintenance company does not change lamps, fluorescent tubes, or fuses in the apartments, you need to do that yourself. You can also buy this service from the maintenance company.

Through Vaasan Korttelihuolto, you can order and pay for maintenance and cleaning services for apartments in properties managed by Vaasan Korttelihuolto.
