The apartment building rules are intended to maintain comfort and order in the property. Residents of the building should ensure that their guests also follow the apartment building rules.

Entrance door
- Must always be kept locked
Balconies and terraces
- Shaking and airing clothes is allowed.
- Beating and airing carpets is NOT allowed; there is a carpet-beating stand in the yard.
- Drying of small laundry (must NOT be visible from outside).
- Flowers may be hung on the inside of balcony railings.
- Terraces belonging to ground-floor apartments are maintained by the tenants, including plantings.
- Barbecuing on balconies and terraces is NOT allowed.
Stairwells
- Notices from the board and property manager are placed on the notice board.
- It is NOT allowed to store items in corridors or on stairwell landings.
Basement
- Each apartment has a storage unit.
- No flammable substances may be stored in the storage units.
Storage areas
- Strollers, skis, and bicycles are to be stored in the storage facility in the yard.
Waste
- Waste must be sorted and placed in the appropriate containers in the waste area in the yard (biowaste, combustible waste, paper, metal, glass, and batteries).
- Residents must themselves transport away any other waste
Parking
- Garage spaces and outdoor spaces with electrical outlets are available for rent.
- Parking cars in the inner courtyard is prohibited.
Quiet hours
- Quiet hours in the building are from 22.00 – 07.00.
For family gatherings, please inform neighbors in good time.
Moving in
- Moving-in must be reported to the population register and the property manager.
Pets
- Walking pets in the inner courtyard is strictly prohibited.
Enclosed balconies
- Balcony doors must ABSOLUTELY be kept closed during the cold season.
Emergency situation
- In case of emergency (fire or water leak), access to apartments will be made using a master key or by force (police or fire department).
Fault reports
- Leaking taps, running toilets, water leaks, and other observed faults in the apartment must be reported immediately to property maintenance or the property manager.
The house rules are intended to maintain comfort in the property. Residents of the building should ensure that their guests also follow the house rules.
General provisions concerning order
- No one may behave in a way that unnecessarily disturbs the comfort of others living in the building. Residents should otherwise also comply with regulations concerning normal peaceful residential behaviour.
- Residents of the building are responsible for ensuring that their guests also follow these house rules.
- All persons living in the building for more than 14 days or who regularly stay at the housing company are considered residents. Any such person who has not made a separate move notification to the housing company must report their name, date of birth, length of stay, and official contact details to the property manager.
- A rescue plan has been issued for the building.
Common areas
- Entrance doors must be kept locked
- Movement in common areas must be quiet, and unnecessary presence in these spaces is prohibited.
- Items may only be stored in designated storage areas.
- Common areas must be used in a tidy and orderly manner.
- Smoking is prohibited in common areas.
Yard areas
- The yard area must be kept clean and tidy.
- Household waste, recyclable waste, and other rubbish must be taken to the designated waste containers at the waste shelter. Residents are responsible for disposing of furniture, household appliances, hazardous waste (including oil, car tyres, batteries), and renovation waste themselves.
- It is forbidden to damage trees and shrubs.
- Bicycles and other means of transport must be kept in their designated places.
- It is strictly forbidden to throw rubbish or cigarette butts from balconies.
Parking and parking spaces
- As property owners and occupants, it must be ensured that all emergency routes remain accessible, unobstructed, and properly marked.
- Parking vehicles or placing any obstacles on emergency routes (i.e. the yard) is prohibited. (Räddningslagen 13.6.2003/468)
